Refund policy

We want you and your dog to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, email us at voffino1@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.

Damaged, defective or wrong item
Send us a photo and we’ll send a free replacement or give you a full refund. You won’t need to send the item back.

Wrong size
Tell us your dog’s weight and chest measurement and we’ll send the right size. The item must be unused.

Changed your mind
Unused items in their original condition can be refunded within 30 days of delivery. We’ll let you know if we need the item back. In most cases you won’t have to ship it anywhere.

Items we can’t refund
For hygiene reasons, used grooming and feeding items (toothbrushes, brushes, combs, lick mats, bowls) can’t be refunded unless they are damaged or defective.

Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

We review every request individually and may decline requests that don’t meet this policy.
